Samantha Wells had put together recipes that are very easy to find and prepare. So much good information, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the pit and darkness of the depressive experience. Two things that I think were not so great: 1) there is tons of generic information and background on ayurveda that you can find in any book on ayurveda - I was a little disappointed to find that more than half of the book is about generic information on ayurveda, nothing to do with tongue diagnosis, 2) the illustrative pictures of tongue in the book are in black and white - pretty much useless especially when it asks you to see red spots etc on the tongue with a black and white illustrative example.. They seemed to add a little English 'toniness' to the to the reading experience.I also suggest reading the footnotes. However, it can be a little heavy and complicated if you are only look
