. Victoria Ichizli-Bartels is a writer and specialist in business development, information technology, semiconductor physics, and electronic engineering. She grew up in Moldova, lived in Germany for twelve years, and now lives in Aalborg, Denmark, with her husband and two children. Victoria has worked with S1000D since 2004, first for German Defence, then CORENA (now Flatirons Solutions) and today as part of her own business. Within the S1000D community, Victoria has led the Business Rules Working Group (and corresponding teams before that) for ten years and today she serves as Secretary of the group. She is the founder of Optimist Writer, a writing, puIt is utilised globally, both geographically and across the landscape of products and industries. Both the defence and civil sectors widely implement it for products ranging from small hand-held devices to those that fly, float or move on land.
