This diet is for me, and this book is excellent place to start, because it contains not few but hundreds of wonderful, healthy recipes. Many times, the author takes several paragraphs to say something that could be said much more quickly, and discussions of the material tend to be rambling and loop around several times. Anatomy and physiology alone won't cure a patient. I just can't. Excellent book, and not only about trains wrecks, but interesting history about trains and railroads.. It has very nice graphics and an extensive collection of different exercises. It's also beautifully illustrated, and the layout is worthy of the best coffee tables. Believe it or not, that's pretty much all there is.He starts out by indicating he will leave out all the politics and military history of the colonies, as they have been covered by Herodotus and others!
