As other reviewers have noted, the book might not deliver quite what one expects. The science is sound and we've all seen gains with this training methodology. They do not delve in too much complex details and equations. This book is a very colorful and well written book. The greatest generation is rapidly leaving us but another group of veterans coming home with traumatic brain injuries and stress related issues could benefit from understandings obtained from this well researched, fascinating, and thought provoking book. Doesn't seem to go very in depth, but is an overall good book.. This diet is for me, and this book is excellent place to start, because it contains not few but hundreds of wonderful, healthy recipes.
