Obviously, it is difficult to be detailed on each and every aspect, as well! Tom Lambert does an excellent job of funneling out what's important and what's not! For those who need a more detailed treatment, this is not for you. There is a recipe section to help you as you reintroduce foods into your diet to see if you have any particular "trigger" foods.
